Enrolments are handled through a respected Community College.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds. It is the student’s responsibility to decide whether they have sufficient language skills to complete the course. To help you decide, you can take a trial Medical Terminology test here (answers provided). Note: the actual assessments are much longer.
Flexible Courses to fit with your lifestyle.
Most courses run for 12 weeks. Three weeks between assignments is recommended, however the dates are flexible. As a guide, allow approximately five hours per week study time.
You will need to keep a copy of your assignments as insurance against postal loss or damage.
Feedback will be emailed (if possible). If feedback is not received within two weeks the assessor should be contacted. If the assessor cannot be contacted, then contact the college you enrolled through.
After three attempts an assessor may decide that a student is ‘Not Yet Competent’ (the assessments are based on strict guidelines). The assessor will make recommendations for further training if necessary.
Extensions may be possible in extreme circumstances.
If the student wishes to appeal the decision they should do so in writing within thirty (30) days after receiving the decision from the assessor.
